Adriana is a very happy girl; she loves to play at making meals for her dolls, with her cousins. Her brothers give her paper so she can play while they do their homework, because she wants to do homework from school too.

The father is Carlos Enrique Bubon, he is 38 years old. He abandoned his family several years ago and now they don't know where he is. The mother is Luz Adriana Guzman, she is 33 years old and works in a hotel in Antigua cleaning rooms. She has four children, and works hard at nights to be able to feed and pay for the education of her older children. Dina Alejandra is 15 years old, she is in ninth grade, Dulce Angelica is twelve years old and is in sixth grade, Angel Gustavo is ten years old and he is in fifth grade.

The family goes to church on Sundays, Adriana's mom knows that, at this stage of adolescence, her children have challenges that are difficult enough, but without God, they are even more difficult.

The home, where the family lives, is Adriana's grandmother's house and three other families live there also. Adriana's family occupies one bedroom that has a bunk bed and another single bed, where all five members of the family sleep. The kitchen is used by two families and is very small. They have a very old table with some plastic benches and living room furniture that was given to them and is in regular condition. The house is very old and is deteriorating. In the winter time, everything gets wet, because the house is in such poor condition; it is also very small and overcrowded by all the families.

Miss Luz prays to the Lord to be able to send her daughter to the Arms of Jesus School, because she knows that without help it will be very difficult for her to give a good education to all her children.
